Precautions
Important Notice Regarding Concert Tickets
- Concert tickets will be provided at the hotel's tour desk.
- We will verify your identity. Please present your passport.
- Transfer and resale are prohibited.
- If the tour is canceled, your rights to the concert tickets will also be forfeited.
- Except in the case of a performance cancellation, there will be no refund of the tour fee for any reason. A cancellation fee will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation due to a change in performers, no refund of the travel fare will be issued. The standard cancellation fee will apply.
Accommodation Facilities
- Preferences for smoking or non-smoking rooms cannot be accepted.
- Please note that depending on the room type, some hotels in the same class may not have bathtubs in their bathrooms. Additionally, some hotels may not provide amenities such as refrigerators or safes.
- Room types may be arranged as either a single room, a double room for single occupancy, or a twin room for single occupancy.
- Check-in and check-out times may vary by hotel.

In the event that the customer cancels the tour contract after it has been established, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation fees for domestic travel
This tour is classified as “Domestic Travel” Date of Contract Termination Cancellation Fees (per person) 21 or more days before start of tour (11 days for day-trip tour) No charge Up to 20 days before start of tour (10 days for day-trip tour) 20％ of tour price 2-7 days before start of tour 30％ of tour price Day before start of tour 40％ of tour price Day when tour starts 50％ of tour price Cancellation after start of tour, or no participation and no contact 100％ of tour price The tour is considered a day trip only when “Day Trip” or “One-Way” is included in the tour name.
(Note that plans such as “2 days, 0 nights” are not day trips, so please pay attention to the date on which cancellation fees will be charged.)The start of the trip refers to the moment when check-in is completed at the designated meeting point on the trip start date. Please make any cancellation requests during our business hours.
