- Even in the case of two persons staying in one room, one king-size bed and an extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
- Preferences for smoking or non-smoking rooms cannot be accepted.
- Please note that depending on the hotel room type, some rooms may not be equipped with a bathtub even if they are in the same room class. Please also note that some hotels do not have refrigerators, safes, etc. Your understanding is appreciated.

In the event that the customer cancels the tour contract after it has been established, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation fees for domestic travel
