Changes

  • The only changes that are accepted after application are reducing the number of people in your group and changing the accompanying persons. Changes to the type of tour plan, increases in the number of participants, changes to the representative, and changes to the payment method are not permitted.
  • To make the above changes, please cancel your reserved tour plan and apply for a new one with your desired plan, number of persons, and representative.
    Please note that it is possible to edit or correct the registered representative’s address, phone number, and other information, as well as the names of any accompanying persons.
    To prevent errors or impersonation by third parties, please notify us of any such changes via e-mail.
    Please send an e-mail requesting cancellation with the subject line “Change Request” and follow the instructions below.
    Please note that if such a change is made during a period when cancellation fees apply, regular cancellation fees will be charged.

Cancellation Fees

  • This tour is classified as “Domestic Travel”.

    Up to 20 days before start of tour (10 days for day-trip tour) 20% of tour price
    2-7 days before start of tour 30% of tour price
    Day before start of tour 40% of tour price
    Day of start of tour 50% of tour price
    Cancellation after start of tour, or no participation and no contact 100% of tour price

  • Please contact us via the e-mail address listed in the "Inquiries & Applications (commissioned sales)" section at the bottom of this page. Please read the “Necessary information” section carefully before requesting a cancellation.
    To prevent errors or impersonation by third parties, cancellation requests are not accepted over the telephone.
    Please note that after we have confirmed that your e-mail has been received, you will be sent notification of the official cancellation procedures.
    In the event that your e-mail is received after business hours, the reference date for calculating cancellation fees will be the next business day. Your understanding is appreciated.
