This tour is sold on a first-come, first-served basis and applications can only be made online (via PC or smartphone).
Applications are not accepted at JTB stores nationwide.This tour is available as two different travel packages depending on the course: one with a hospitality program and one without. If you cancel this tour, you will also lose your right to the hospitality program. <Regarding courses that include the Rally Japan viewing hospitality program> Refund regulations for spectators will be governed by Pia Daimani's regulations. (Note: Activities may be changed or canceled depending on the competition or athlete schedules, conditioning, etc. In this case, we will not be able to provide any refund (including partial refunds) of the ticket price.) The competition will be deemed valid as soon as even one SS vehicle has run in the competition, and ticket refunds will not be issued. If the event is cancelled due to weather or other force majeure, or if it is cancelled without the competition being deemed valid due to other conditions, tickets will be refunded. The following notes are important information to keep in mind when applying for and participating in this tour, so please be sure to read them before applying.

- Payment Deadline: Reservations will be cancelled if payment is not received by the specified deadline (contract is established upon receipt of payment - refer to travel conditions)

TOUR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minors: Participants under 17 years old must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older. Applications not meeting this requirement will be cancelled.
- Disclosure Required: Participants with disabilities, health conditions, pregnancy, service dog requirements, or those needing special assistance must inform us at the time of booking. We will accommodate requests within reasonable limits.
- Additional Costs: Any special arrangements made based on customer requests will be at the customer's expense.
- Medical Consultation: Participants with chronic conditions or injuries must consult with their physician before applying.
- Additional Requirements: Depending on circumstances, we may request accompaniment by a companion (for solo travelers), medical certificates/clearance letters, or medical questionnaires. Based on these assessments, we reserve the right to decline participation.
CHARTERED VEHICLE INFORMATION
- Vehicle Type: Large-sized or jumbo vehicles will be used
- Standard Equipment: Vehicles are not equipped with special features such as independent seats, full reclining seats, AC power outlets, or TV monitors
- No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all chartered vehicles
- Schedule Changes: Departure and arrival times are subject to change. Detailed schedules will be provided in the final travel guide
- Route Modifications: Please notify us in advance of any requests for intermediate boarding/alighting or changes to pickup/drop-off locations
- Force Majeure: Due to traffic congestion, road closures, natural disasters, vehicle breakdowns, or other unavoidable circumstances, some sightseeing locations may be omitted. No refunds or compensation for damages will be provided in such cases

- JTB implements travel planning and operations in accordance with safety operation guidelines established by the Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA) and the All Japan Travel Association (ANTA), in coordination with our contracted charter vehicle companies.

Safety Protocols
- Mandatory Rest Breaks: Drivers are required to take rest breaks every 2 hours without exception
- Extended Operation Rest Requirements: For long-distance operations, rest facilities are prepared for crew members with mandatory 8-hour rest periods
- Route Planning: Vehicle operation routes are planned through prior consultation with charter companies to ensure reasonable and safe course settings
- Vehicle Maintenance: All contracted charter companies conduct safety inspections and maintenance in accordance with legal requirements and their respective company regulations
- Traffic Law Compliance: Written confirmation regarding adherence to traffic laws and legal speed limits is obtained from all charter companies in advance
- Operation Management: All chartered vehicle operations are entrusted to and operated by JTB-contracted charter companies
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
- Double Occupancy: For two guests sharing a room, twin bed room with two separate beds are planned to be provided
- Single Occupancy: For single room requests, accommodation may be arranged as single rooms, double rooms for single use, or twin rooms for single use, depending on availability. Please note this in advance
- Triple Occupancy: For three guests sharing a room, accommodation may include twin beds plus a sofa bed, extra bed, or futon bedding in the Japanese-style area of a Japanese-Western combined room. Please note this in advance
- Non-Smoking Policy: All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms
- Public Bath Facilities: Some accommodations may restrict access to public baths for guests with tattoos. Please follow each facility's regulations

If you cancel your contract after the travel contract has been established due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
