    Those who do not meet these conditions cannot participate in this tour.
    Please note that, upon confirming your application and contacting you, if we find that you do not meet the above conditions, your application may be canceled.

Notice Regarding Overnight Stay Plans

  • Overnight stay plans include a ticket for premium seating (¥14,800, tax included).
    Plan A: Includes 1 premium ticket per person for the date of the overnight stay.
    Plan B: Includes 1 premium ticket per person for Saturday, November 29 and Sunday, November 30.
    (You may stand and watch the performance from your seat. Jumping around is prohibited.)
  • Hotel rooms cannot be selected.
  • Information on receiving the tickets will be provided in the final announcement.
  • Please note that it may be difficult to see the stage from wheelchair spaces. If you plan to use a wheelchair when attending the event, please contact the JTB Overnight Stay Plan JTB Tour Desk.
  • Even in the event that the tour sells out, spaces may go on sale again in the event that a participant cancels.

Important Notes Regarding the Concert

  • Performers, venue opening times, etc. are subject to change. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Tickets are required for children aged 6 and older. Children aged 5 and younger are not permitted to attend.
  • Recording audio or video and taking pictures are prohibited.
  • Bringing alcohol or beverages containing alcohol into the venue is prohibited.
  • The use of extremely bright, fan-shaped, round, or extremely long glowsticks or emergency lights is strictly prohibited.
  • Singing is permitted, but please refrain from singing continuously or cheering loudly in a manner that disturbs those around you.
  • Refunds for overnight stay plan fees cannot be provided except in the event of cancellation of the concert due to reasons of the organizer.Additionally, even in the event that the concert is cancelled or postponed, we cannot provide compensation for any transportation or telecommunication costs incurred.

Changes to the Application

  • The only changes that are accepted after application are reducing the number of people in your group.
  • Changes may be made to the registered representative’s address, phone number, and other details.
  • To make changes, please cancel your reserved tour plan and apply again with your desired plan, number of persons, and representative.
    Please note that it is possible to edit or correct the representative’s address, phone number, and other information, as well as the names of any accompanying persons.
    To prevent errors or impersonation by third parties, please notify us of any such changes via e-mail.
    To make changes, please send an e-mail with the subject line “Change Request” and follow the instructions below.
    Please note that if such a change is made during a period when cancellation fees apply, regular cancellation fees will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Fees

    Cancellation fees for domestic travel
  • In the event that the tour is cancelled, participants agree to purchase an event ticket (Plan A: ¥14,800, Plan B: ¥29,600)
    Tour benefits, meet & greets, participation in events, etc. will no longer be available.
  • This tour is classified as “Domestic Travel”.
