Accommodation Facilities

  • Even in the case of two persons staying in one room, one king-size bed and an extra bed or sofa bed may be provided.
  • Preferences for smoking or non-smoking rooms cannot be accepted.
  • Please note that depending on the hotel room type, some rooms may not be equipped with a bathtub even if they are in the same room class. Please also note that some hotels do not have refrigerators, safes, etc. Your understanding is appreciated.
  • Those who request their own room may be assigned a single room, a double room for single use, or a twin room for single use. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Some hotels may provide only one room key for twin rooms.
  • Check-in and check-out times may vary by hotel.

Changes

  • The only changes that are accepted after application are reducing the number of people in your group and changing accompanying persons.

    To prevent errors or impersonation by third parties, please notify us of any such changes via e-mail.

    Please note that if such a change is made during a period when cancellation fees apply, regular cancellation fees will be charged.

Cancellation Fees

  • In the event that the customer cancels the tour contract after it has been established, the following cancellation fees will apply.

    The tour is considered a day trip only when “Day Trip” or “One-Way” is included in the tour name.
    (Note that plans such as “2 days, 0 nights” are not day trips, so please pay attention to the date on which cancellation fees will be charged.)

    The start of the tour is the time when reception is completed at the reception meeting point on the date when the tour starts.
