Canceling your trip will result in the loss of your right to admission tickets, original merchandise, and accommodations. Only credit card payments will be accepted. Inquiries to the secretariat are accepted by email only in English. (Responses will be sent in the order emails are received, meaning it may take several days to reply) Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, passport number, and nationality are required. As a measure against resale, passports must be brought on the day of the event to verify identity. Name changes after the application is complete will not be accepted.
Changes or corrections to the representative's address, telephone number, and other information, as well as the names of travel companions, are prohibited to prevent resale.Even tickets listed as "sold out" may go on sale again if the customer who originally applied cancels. Applications are first-come, first-served with a maximum of one guest per application.
