If you cancel your trip, you will also lose all rights to admission tickets, original goods, and lodging. Only credit card payment will be accepted. Inquiries are accepted by email only, in English or Chinese (Simplified & Traditional). (Responses will be sent in the order that emails are received, so please allow a few days for a reply.) Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, passport number, and nationality are required. (These details are also required for any companions.) To prevent ticket resales, passports must be brought on the day of the event as a means of identification. Please note that if you forget your passport on the day of the event, you will not receive a ticket. Application for preschool children under the age of 6 years is not permitted. Name changes will not be accepted after applications are completed.
We are unable to accept name changes after the application has been completed.
To prevent resale, we will not be able to change or correct the registered representative's address, telephone number, or other information, or the name of the accompanying person.Even if reservations are “sold out”, they may become available again due to cancellations by customers. The name of your hotel and instructions on how to redeem your ticket at Makuhari Messe will be emailed to you around March 5th.

Regarding Accommodations

Regarding Changes
- No changes will be accepted. We ask that you reapply. (Outside the application period, please contact the tour desk.)
Please note that changes or corrections to the registered representative's address, telephone number, and other information, as well as the names of accompanying persons, are not permitted to prevent resale.
