In the event that you cancel your travel plans, you will also lose all rights to admission tickets and accommodations. Payment can be made by credit card only. Inquiries to the office are by e-mail only and are handled in English. (Replies to e-mails are sent in the order in which they are received, so it may take a few days to reply.) You must enter your name, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth, passport number, and nationality. (This information is also required of the person accompanying you.) As a measure to prevent resale, please bring your passport on the day of the event to verify your identity. Changes to your name are not accepted after the application has been completed. As a measure to prevent resale, the registered representative’s address, telephone number, and other information, as well as the name of the accompanying person, cannot be changed or corrected. Even in the event that a tour sells out, it may be offered again in the event of cancellation by a customer that had already applied. Tours are available on a first-come, first serve basis. Maximum 2 persons per application.

Information pertaining to Animate Girls Festival 2024 will be provided by the organizers in Japanese only.
Information and responses to inquiries at the Animate Girls Festival 2024 event venue will also not be available in languages other than Japanese.

★Postcards that grant you admission to Animate Girls Festival 2024 will be available for purchase at Animate locations outside of Japan!
The admission time categories available with these postcards are those of the Afternoon tickets in one of the three following categories and admission start times: Afternoon (1) (13:00), Afternoon (2) (14:00), and Afternoon (3) (15:00).
Admission time categories and ticket numbers are assigned at random. Customers cannot select their own admission time categories and ticket numbers.

Receiving your tickets
- Only paper tickets will be issued.
- When the final tour information is issued, you will receive information on where to pick up your tickets.
Important Notes
- When applying, please be sure to use the name of the person who will be attending the event as shown on their personal identification.
- The price of the ticket (including other fees) will not be refunded if you are unable to enter the venue for any reason.
- Admission start time may vary depending on circumstances.
- Tickets acquired through JTB overnight stay plans cannot be used in the official Animate Girls Festival 2024 resale.
- Refunds for cancellations of JTB overnight plans will only be issued if it is confirmed after the end of Animate Girls Festival 2024 that the admission ticket was not used. In the event that an admission ticket is found to have been resold or misused, the full amount of the JTB overnight stay plan will be non-refundable.
